This privacy policy explains what personal data the GunGarage shooting range collects, why we use it and what rights you have. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law.

2. What data we collect
- Enquiry form: name, email, phone, subject and message.
- Orders and gift cards: name, email, phone, billing details and order contents. Card and bank details are processed by the payment provider – we never see them.
- Communication: anything you share with us by phone, email, WhatsApp, Messenger or social media.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.
3. Why we use your data and on what basis
- Answering enquiries, preparing offers and booking your visit – entering into and performing a contract.
- Processing orders and gift cards and issuing invoices – performing a contract and meeting our accounting obligations.
- Running and securing the website – our legitimate interest.
- Visitor statistics, advertising and newsletters – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell or rent personal data. It may only be processed by partners who help us provide our services:
- our web hosting and email providers;
- our payment provider (bank links and card payments);
- our accounting service;
- Google (maps, fonts and, with your consent, statistics and advertising) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and correspondence – up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Orders, invoices and accounting records – 7 years, as required by the Estonian Accounting Act.
- Cookies – for their set lifetime, but no longer than 12 months.
6. Cookies
We use necessary cookies that the website can’t work without: the shopping cart (WooCommerce), your language choice (Polylang) and security. We only use statistics and marketing cookies with your consent. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Data security
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only the staff and partners who need personal data for their work have access to it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
