A BREAK FROM THE OFFICE ROUTINE
Tired of the office and need a change from the usual work environment? Or have new people joined the team who haven’t had a chance to get to know their colleagues yet?
At GunGarage shooting range in Pirita you can hold both a meeting and a team building event — in one place and in one day.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Seminar room — a comfortable room for meetings or year-end reviews.
- Shooting with instructors — 1–2 hours of shooting with firearms of different calibres, depending on group size.
- History of firearms — a lively tour through history and why each firearm is used the way it is.
- Team shooting competition — test yourselves individually and as a team.
- Sauna — round off the event in our sauna, where shared experiences bring the team together.
- Catering — we take care of the food, with catering from nearby restaurants.
WHY A SHOOTING RANGE WORKS FOR TEAM BUILDING
Sitting for hours makes your back stiff and your legs need a stretch. Shooting puts everyone on equal footing: job title and seniority don’t matter here, only a steady hand.
New colleagues get to know each other faster than at any meeting, and the team competition gives the day a clear highlight.
